MTC - Week 7

So, emotions are all ajumbled here at the MTC since we only have a week and a half left which is so crazy because even though we've learned so much it still feels like we haven't learned a thing... especially when you hear things like "That's not the language they taught me in the MTC"....

Anyway, all we have is one P-Day (preparation day) left here in the MTC​ and I know that P-days are going to be a lot shorter afterwards since we'll be buying groceries and doing all of the things on that day when we get into the field... So emails might be a bit shorter... 

This week we started Skype TRCs where we talked to actual Czech members which was amazing! It was so weird but pretty awesome. Aaaand one of our fake investigators has a fake baptismal date! Which is great!

Class at the MTC is great by the way, tons of hilarious stuff happens and I'm sorry I haven't really mentioned any of it before. We learned where the Czech language comes from (not really)... One of our teachers told us that some random person walked up to the Czechs and said with sarcasm "Make a reasonable language, you won't." And they decided "Yeah, we won't" just in spite!
